So if anyone is out there really reading this, let me ask you. Do you have any stand-by, "go to", favorite recipes or meals you love? Don't misunderstand, I still am not tired of my Chinese Chicken Salad, but that is only one meal. Add to that, I am only one person at home. A lot of recipes I come accross make way too much for me. I don't mind making a week's worth of extra meals, but beyond that I just don't have room for in my freezer.

Have you tried the Chili Lime Chicken Burger patties from Trader Joes? Only 2 points then add a bun for 3 points to total of 5pts. I think they are delicious and very satisfying when you get tired of salad. Add onion, tomato, lettuce and you don't feel like your dieting!
ReplyDeleteFunny you mention those - I am having another one tonight! They are tasty but the ones I really love are the Stuffing' Gourmet brand from QVC. They are excellent! Mine was a variety pack of 3 flavors: Double cheese/bacon, vegetable stuffed, and BBQ Glazed. Each flavor was better than the other! They range from 3 to 6 points but are so worth it. I never even used a bun . . .
